About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our daily operations, including data management, customer coordination, and marketing support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable handling both administrative and basic creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate internal databases
- Update and manage property listings on company website and portals
- Design simple social media graphics, EDMs, and promotional materials (using tools like Canva)
- Handle incoming calls and messages from agents in a timely manner
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with property developers to source and update new listings
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiar with Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate / admin / customer service is an advantage (but not required)
