Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, phone calls, letters).
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle office procurement and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and customers as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion with confidential information.
