About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and is capable of handling administrative, accounts, and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents
- Support basic accounts administration and documentation for audit purposes
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Arrange interviews and support onboarding processes
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Assist in organizing company events and staff engagement activities
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems
- Promote workplace safety and health practices
- Support general HR administrative functions
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
