Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and promptly respond to emails and faxes, taking immediate action on requests.
- Regularly dispatch official communications to vessels as directed.
- Compile and generate reports accurately.
- Organize and maintain correspondence files.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
Requirements
- A Level / Diploma qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Candidates with prior secretarial experience in ship management companies or related industries will be given preference.
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in the Maritime Industry
