About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive (Fresher/0–1 year experience) to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role involves frequent travel for office-related work, coordination with vendors, and assisting in smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle courier, dispatch, and documentation work
- Support in travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics coordination
- Travel locally for official tasks, document submissions, and coordination work
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement records
- Assist in basic documentation, data entry, and report preparation
- Support in facility management and office maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Willingness to travel frequently for office-related work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
