Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
- Handle scheduling, emails, and office coordination across multiple teams
- Maintain important documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and other administrative paperwork
- Assist in arranging travel and accommodation bookings when required
- Work closely with management to streamline and improve internal processes
- Take charge of office inventory, supplies, and procurement
- Assist in organising team events and internal office engagements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
