Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑orientedAdministrative Executive to support the organisation across HR operations,administration, governance, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate ishighly organised, people‑centric, and able to manage multiple responsibilitieswhile contributing to operational excellence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements
  • Act as custodian of corporate records, policies, and documentation
  • Support internal governance processes and audits where required

2. Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and supporting documents
  • Attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and circulate them to stakeholders
  • Track follow‑up actions and ensure timely closure
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and related logistics

3. Administration & Communication

  • Manage internal and external correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and administrative processes
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of internal policies and procedures

4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Support HR policy development and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage employee relations matters, including basic conflict resolution
  • Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes
  • Maintain HR records, data, and reports
  • Act as liaison with payroll vendors or internal payroll functions

5. Marketing & Brand Engagement

  • Support and enhance brand marketing initiatives across digital platforms
  • Manage and update website and social media content in a timely manner
  • Ensure consistent messaging and active engagement with the public
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote organisational services

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, or marketing (combined roles preferred)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Experience managing social media or website content is an advantage
  • Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
