Job Description

About the Role

Our client within the Government Sector is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support case handling, service recovery, and service quality initiatives within the department. The role is well-suited for individuals who are organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appeals and feedback cases, coordinating with various stakeholders including internal teams and external agencies, and supporting the preparation of reports and operational updates for management review. This role offers valuable exposure to public sector operations, cross-agency collaboration, and service quality improvement work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process stakeholders appeals and non-appeals enquiries under the Public Health pillar in accordance with service standards and timelines.

  • Perform service recovery and follow-up actions to address service quality issues effectively and professionally.

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, and external stakeholders to resolve cases and operational matters.

  • Handle and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

  • Prepare regular reports, case updates, and recommendations for internal management reporting and meetings.

  • Support service quality improvement projects and operational initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance with established processes and service standards.

  • Analyse service quality metrics and assist in basic data analysis and reporting.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of cases, feedback, and operational processes.

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and customer-centric support when handling stakeholders feedback and enquiries.

Requirements

  • Degree holders are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates may apply.

  • Keen interest in public service and environmental public health operations.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Possess patience, good listening skills, and the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally.

  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience or knowledge in data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. QlikSense) will be an added advantage.

  • Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and service quality analysis.
