Job Responsibilities:
- Attending to phone and email enquiries
- Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
- Communicating and following up with clients
- Following up with clients on invoicing, billing and payment matters
- Data entry and ensuring data integrity

- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
