Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Manage documentation control, filing systems, scanning, and email records in both hardcopy and softcopy formats.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, site meetings, and meal arrangements for the team.
  • Monitor and replenish office and administrative supplies as required.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members and liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Project teams, and Company Secretary.
  • Maintain and update client databases, including name card records.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and daily online news monitoring related to the real estate sector.
  • Compile and track regular market updates from relevant authorities and organisations.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and partners, including follow-ups on submissions and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and project references.
  • Assist in organising networking events, client visits, corporate functions, and year-end festive greetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
