Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meetings, and correspondence.
- Manage documentation control, filing systems, scanning, and email records in both hardcopy and softcopy formats.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, site meetings, and meal arrangements for the team.
- Monitor and replenish office and administrative supplies as required.
- Support onboarding logistics for new team members and liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Project teams, and Company Secretary.
- Maintain and update client databases, including name card records.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and daily online news monitoring related to the real estate sector.
- Compile and track regular market updates from relevant authorities and organisations.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and partners, including follow-ups on submissions and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and project references.
- Assist in organising networking events, client visits, corporate functions, and year-end festive greetings.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
