Reporting to the Secretary, you will be part of the administrative team handling day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the Secretary's Office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and direct calls, draft correspondence, and serve as the primary liaison between the Secretary's Office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing complex meetings, books travel and manages itineraries.
- Coordinate and maintain the office's complex schedule, prioritizing meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring absolute discretion and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Perform any other administrative and secretarial work within the department as assigned.
Requirements:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Exceptional planning, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace) will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
