Job Summary

You will support course administration for Certified Courses and assist membership and social committees. Your role includes managing membership registrations and renewals, preparing reports for EXCO meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Certified Courses by coordinating course logistics and documentation to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage membership registrations and renewals accurately to maintain up-to-date member records
  • Prepare detailed membership reports for EXCO meetings to support informed decision-making
  • Print and distribute member e-certificates promptly to recognize member achievements
  • Create and process purchase and sales orders using SAP to support financial transactions
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including preparing and submitting claims to maintain operational efficiency
  • Respond professionally to phone and walk-in enquiries to assist members and visitors effectively
  • Record and prepare accurate minutes during staff meetings to document discussions and action points
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
