- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities maintenance, workspace cleanliness, and ensuring a comfortable working environment.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, office equipment, incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support smooth and efficient office operations.
- Manage business travel arrangements, hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, visa/work permit applications, and security door access, including access card issuance, deactivation, and after-hours support.
- Organize and support office activities such as meetings, events, and town halls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least four years of office administration experience, strong understanding of office procedures, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
