- Provide effective and efficient administrative support under the scope of office management as well as preparation and coordination for meetings and company events.
- Provide secretarial support to Top/Senior Management and appointed senior leaders.
- Attend to phone calls, e-mails and delivery services including upkeep and maintenance of the office and procurement of office supplies, as and when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Conversant in verbal and written skills.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience as corporate office admin or secretary to management.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
