Job Description

Reporting to the Centre Executive, the incumbent for Administrative Executive position
provides full administrative support for BCARE AAC.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities for this position include:

I) Administration

1. Attend to phone calls related to AAC new enquiry and calling seniors on
registration of AAC Programmes.
2. Attend to the registration of new membership.
3. Admin support to programme staff where necessary.
4. Maintain the database and attendance records of members and volunteers.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports for submission to government agencies if
needed.
6. Petty cash administration.
7. Prepare monthly bilingual Active Ageing Programme - Activity flyer and
schedule. Simple translation work is needed.
8. Attend to Alert Alarm System (AAS) when necessary and update AAS
recording to government agencies.
9. Support and update seniors with Information & Referral resources when
necessary.
10. Assist in minutes-taking for monthly staff meetings and obtain quotations
when necessary.

II Operations and General Maintenance

11. Coordinate schedules and assist in liaising for general repair, maintenance
and upkeep of the Centre e.g. air-cons, office and IT equipment,
housekeeping and storerooms.
12. Assist in organizing storage space of the Centre, replenishing housecleaning
items and office stationery.
13. Update and maintain Asset Register, ensure the safe-keeping of equipment
and other important documents.

III Others

14. Participate in other BCARE events and projects when required.

5-day work week
Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
