Job Description

Role
The Administrative & Client Support is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Home Personal Care service. This includes assisting with documentation, client follow-ups, service quality monitoring, and coordination with caregivers and the clinical team. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure accurate records, smooth coordination, and continued client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Perform data entry and ensure timely updating of records, trackers, and Case Management System (CMS)
  • Assist with filing and organisation of documents in both digital and physical formats
  • Support routine communications and follow-ups with caregivers as instructed

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct phone calls to existing clients to check on their well-being, service progress, and quality of care delivered under CWA
  • Gather feedback and highlight any concerns or service gaps for follow-up
  • Support 6-monthly check-ins and reassessments of existing clients in coordination with assigned caregivers

Service Support & Quality Monitoring

  • Assist in monitoring service delivery and ensuring proper documentation of client interactions
  • When required, carry out home visitations together with the clinical team to provide support such as supervision and on-ground assistance
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements and Qualifications

. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.

. Relevant certifications in community care oradministrative management are an advantage.

. At least 1 year of experience inadministrative or operations roles, preferably in community care, healthcare,or social service sectors. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with database systems.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
