Role
The Administrative & Client Support is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Home Personal Care service. This includes assisting with documentation, client follow-ups, service quality monitoring, and coordination with caregivers and the clinical team. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure accurate records, smooth coordination, and continued client satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
. Relevant certifications in community care oradministrative management are an advantage.
. At least 1 year of experience inadministrative or operations roles, preferably in community care, healthcare,or social service sectors. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with database systems.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
