Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, organizing documents, and archiving records.
Prepare and process paperwork, such as scanning, printing, and copying.
Accompany the project team on site surveys to understand project requirements and provide administrative support.
Provide general administrative support to the project/sales team.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors, contractors, and agents.
. High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Fluency in English/Mandarin
