Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

1) Update and maintain employee records

2) Performance management review

3) Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally

4) Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AP, AR, and month-end closing activities

5) Support book keeping, journal entries, and assist with financial reporting and audit preparation.

6) Process supplier invoices and prepare vendor payments in accordance with payment terms

7) Experience is Xero system management

8) To apply for and perform all necessary Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online, OFWAS, My MOM Portal and ICA related

9) Manage renewal schedules for business licenses, permits, road tax, and insurance

10) Handle recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

11) BCA workhead & licenses renewals.

12) Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

13) Administer monthly payroll, including allowances, deductions, and overtime calculations

14) Support HR and Finance departments with documentation and basic tasks

15) Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records.

16) Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

17) Monitor office supply levels recorder when appropriate

18) Perform data entry and update the database system

19) Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms

20) Carry out administrative duties such as filing typing, copying, binding, scanning and etc

21) The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully

22) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

23) Experience in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments

24) Basic knowledge of Human Resources

25) Minimum 3 years of experience

26) Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

27) Liaise with suppliers on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules ensure timely restocking of materials.Maintain procurement logs and update cost databases for management transparency.

28) Prior experience in HR, administration and finance-related roles will be an advantage
