Job discription:
Establish and maintain accurate, organized client profiles/records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with internal data management protocols.
Handle daily document processing tasks, including sorting, filing, scanning, and archiving construction-related documents (e.g., project correspondences, contract excerpts) to ensure easy retrieval.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails (both internal and external), including drafting routine replies, flagging urgent matters to relevant teams, and maintaining email trails for reference.
Create, update, and analyze various administrative and operational spreadsheets (e.g., client contact lists, document tracking logs) using software such as Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Assist in coordinating administrative support for project teams
