Administrative Assistant - International (APAC), Singapore Based
We have an opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at upGrad International. This role is suitable for candidates who are just starting their careers and looking for basic administrative experience in a growing education company.
We are looking for someone who is helpful, reliable, and able to support simple daily tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
As part of this role, you will work closely with the Singapore team and provide support in routine admin, coordination, and event-related tasks. Fresh grads may apply.

Help schedule and arrange in-person meetings with prospects in Singapore
Support simple admissions tasks (e.g., basic data entry, checking documents, updating records)
Assist the team during offline events and conferences (e.g., setting up, registration, logistics)
Handle general office and administrative duties such as filing, preparing materials, and organising information
Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, simple data entry)
Good attitude and comfortable working with different team members
Fresh graduates and ITE graduates are welcome to apply
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
