Administrative Assistant - Structured Hours, Prime Location!

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive individual to be the backbone of our administrative function. The Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be the go-to person for internal coordination, document management, and providing high-quality support to the team.

Compensation & Work Structure:

  • Attractive Hourly Rate: Earn a competitive rate of S$12 to S$15 per hour.

  • Ideal Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced, standard work week: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No late nights or weekend shifts! Weekday part time schedule available too!).

  • Convenient Location: Our office is located directly opposite Labrador Park MRT Station (Circle Line), ensuring an effortless commute.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Filing: Organize, manage, and maintain both digital and physical filing systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Scheduling & Logistics: Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and managing calendars.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Perform timely and accurate data entry, assisting with basic reports using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Social Media Management: Take charge of managing our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram). This includes content creation, graphic sourcing, posting, and scheduling to maintain an active, professional online presence.
  • Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal inquiries, handling phone calls and professional correspondence.
