Job Description

Experience & Skills

  • Diploma in any related field.
  • Strong foundation Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions persuasively to potential clients.
  • Ability to think strategically about business growth, identifying opportunities that align with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day company operations.
  • Support preparation and organisation of company documentation (e.g., contracts, proposal, business pitch decks, grants, etc.)
  • Maintain and update business records, invoices, and project tracking databases
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Product, and R&D) to support company initiatives.
  • Graphic designer - create brochures, company video, marketing materials, etc. using apps such as Canva, Figma, etc.
