Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a committed, diligent and dedicated staff to perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate and manage internal training schedules at Sai Center
  • Track training completion and employee development records
  • Prepare monthly training reports and operational summaries for SAI Center
  • Support the planning and development of external/public training programmes in preparation for SSG-approved training operations
  • Coordinate course registration, participant communication, and attendance management for external trainees
  • Coordinate with internal departments on training needs and requirements
  • Ensure all training documentation and processes are aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements and audit readiness standards

Job Requirements:

  • Able to write and communicate effectively in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
