Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a committed, diligent and dedicated staff to perform the following duties:
- Coordinate and manage internal training schedules at Sai Center
- Track training completion and employee development records
- Prepare monthly training reports and operational summaries for SAI Center
- Support the planning and development of external/public training programmes in preparation for SSG-approved training operations
- Coordinate course registration, participant communication, and attendance management for external trainees
- Coordinate with internal departments on training needs and requirements
- Ensure all training documentation and processes are aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements and audit readiness standards
Job Requirements:
- Able to write and communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum Diploma qualification
