Job Summary
You will manage general administrative duties, coordinate communication, maintain staff pass and permit records, support office operations, and assist with HR-related tasks to ensure smooth daily functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's mainline phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel to ensure effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and databases for staff passes and permits and assist with their timely renewal to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with relevant operators to arrange vehicle parking efficiently
- Support office maintenance by managing office equipment, stationery, facsimile, and procuring office and pantry supplies to maintain a functional workspace
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks to support human resource operations
- Respond promptly to urgent matters and operational needs to maintain smooth business processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Responsible, meticulous, and a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and Chinese to handle queries and coordinate with clients/associates
- Able to handle urgent matters and respond to operational needs when required
