Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient logistics operations support
- Compose, respond to, and manage professional email communications to maintain clear client and internal correspondence
- Conduct client communication through phone calls and follow-ups to resolve inquiries and maintain relationships
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operational transparency
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of logistics tasks
- Assist management by scheduling meetings and managing correspondence to optimize time and resource allocation
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English for spoken, written, and reading communication to ensure clear information exchange
- Apply competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce and manage documents and presentations
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment to meet deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a minimum Polytechnic diploma qualification as a foundation for administrative and logistics responsibilities
- Bring prior experience in logistics or administrative roles to enhance operational effectiveness
