- Training & Test Administration Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA / regulatory requirements Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS) Generate candidate's summary Coordinate with trainers, salesperson and candidates for daily operations
- Compliance & Documentation Control Ensure all records are properly filed and audit-ready Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols Perform documentation checks to avoid errors and non-compliance
- Operational Coordination
- Liaise with salesperson, trainers and operations team Requirements Diploma / O Level or equivalent qualification Minimum 1–2 years administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Comfortable with digital systems and data management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment Location: 45 Sungei Kadut Loop Incentive & Reward Monthly performance-based incentive (not entitlement) will be awarded to committed and high-performing individuals who consistently uphold standards and contribute positively to team performance.
