Job Summary
You will assist with daily administrative and student management tasks to support school operations. This includes managing documentation, communications, logistics, and providing basic first aid to students, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, students, parents, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and managing correspondences with school staff, students, parents, and vendors to ensure effective communication
- Support finance, procurement, stores management, logistics, and customer service activities to maintain smooth school operations
- Disseminate information about school programmes and circulars to parents and respond to their queries promptly
- Maintain accurate customer-related records such as phone logs for reference and follow-up
- Prepare teaching materials, posters, and props for school programmes by providing administrative and logistical support
- Administer basic first aid to students with minor injuries and communicate updates to parents to ensure student safety and care
- Assist students with locating lost and found items, changing uniforms, and finding teachers, classrooms, or parents to support their daily needs
- Carry out any other duties assigned to support school administration and student welfare
Required competencies and certifications
- GCE O levels or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with school stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office to complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative duties or customer service, preferably in a primary school environment
Other Information
- Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm (including 45-minute lunch break)
- Fridays, 9:15 am to 6:00 pm (including 45-minute lunch break)
