Job Summary

Support the Product Manager and internal teams by managing shipments, inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shipments and orders to provide timely updates and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and verify delivery orders and internal documents to ensure accurate and smooth delivery execution
  • Track and reconcile inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy
  • Manage logistics operations including receiving goods, picking orders, and packing items for shipment
  • Arrange site visit registrations with customers and coordinate schedules with internal teams for seamless visits
  • Process and issue payment vouchers to support finance transactions
  • Coordinate meetings, staff schedules, and travel arrangements to optimize team efficiency
  • Provide HR administrative support by maintaining leave records, processing staff claims, and managing onboarding documentation
  • Perform general office administration including managing day-to-day documentation tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems and control documents such as contracts, purchase orders, and reports
