We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistantto provide dedicated support to our IWMF Project team. You will be theoperational backbone of the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration,seamless communication, and impeccable documentation.
Job Description:
- Create, format, edit, and proofread project documents, including plans, reports.
- Maintain and organise all projects files (digital and physical) in accordance with company and project governance standards.
- Assist in the preparation of regular status reports and dashboards by collecting and compiling data from team members.
- Manage document control processes, including versioning, distribution, and archiving.
- Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and mailing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator.
- Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and anticipate needs.
- Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Business Administration Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
