Key Responsibilities
- Front desk and reception: Greet visitors, answer phones, manage enquiries and mail.
- Tenant liaison: Log maintenance requests, coordinate contractors, monitor resolution and update tenants.
- Administrative support: Prepare and file contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes and reports.
- Data management: Maintain tenant and property databases update spreadsheets and simple KPI reports.
- Scheduling and logistics: Arrange site visits, inspections and meetings support property managers.
- Basic finance support: Assist with invoicing, payment tracking and expense documentation.
- Ad hoc duties: Support team projects, office facilities and vendor coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITE or Diploma fresh graduates highly encouraged.
- Language: Good command of English
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Attributes: Detailoriented, reliable, strong customer service and communication skills, able to multitask.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
