Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Personal Care service through effective administrative management. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients and various stakeholders while ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with outsourced partners to enhance service quality and monitor performance metrics. Process and submit Eligibility Assessment forms and related documentation efficiently. Collaborate with partners to provide patient information and aid in scheduling visits. Address client inquiries and concerns, including managing feedback and complaints. Maintain an accurate database of HPC referrals and clients. Ensure billing reports are accurate prior to payment processing. Submit attendance data for service subvention claims using the ILTC portal. Support management in implementing changes to service requirements. Onboard referred clients and complete necessary documentation, including service contracts and financial counselling. Document consent for the use of personal data appropriately. Maintain accurate records in electronic medical systems and manage hard-copy storage. Oversee rosters and schedules for HPC staff, ensuring fulfillment and performance tracking. Assist with other administrative tasks related to home medical services, therapy, nursing, call centre operations, referrals, and surgical stores as needed. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

  • GCE O / A Levels or Diploma. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles. Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong telephone etiquette and a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while being organized, meticulous, and responsible. A proactive approach to improving service delivery.
