Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department
  • Handle data entry, document filing, and record maintenance
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and assist with logistics
  • Manage office supplies and inventory tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on administrative matters
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Able to start work immediately
