Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department
- Handle data entry, document filing, and record maintenance
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and assist with logistics
- Manage office supplies and inventory tracking
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on administrative matters
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately
