Job Scope
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation, correspondence).
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, or other departments as required.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and basic HR-related paperwork.
- Any other job assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3-year relevant working experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
