Job Scope
- Manage Maintenance administrative functions, document control, and filing across local and network shared storage drives.
- Raise, process and verify Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices, Delivery Orders, and Goods Receipts (GRs) accurately in SAP.
- Provide SAP operational support, including routine housekeeping, system testing, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, SAP upgrading and issue coordination with IT.
- Exports data from SAP, compile & prepare Monthly Budget Reports and Spare Parts Consumption list for Managers review & approval.
- Compile the list of CAPEX items to be executed by Maintenance as well as the monthly CAPEX status updates by respective Maintenance Sub-Function for submission.
- Support audits, HR systems usage (Prosoft HRMS), online access applications as well as managing & track usage & demand of the various permit-to-work
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent qualifications
- Possess 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Candidates with SAP working knowledge will have an added advantage
- Positive working attitude, organized and details-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Entry level candidates will also be considered
