Job Summary
You will perform a variety of physical and administrative tasks to support company operations, including payroll preparation, employee onboarding, work pass processing, and site data collection.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks and administrative duties to support daily operations
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely
- Manage filing, posting, and data entry to maintain organized records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage new employee onboarding by preparing appointment letters and conducting briefings
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for WP, S Pass, and EP efficiently
- Prepare headcount and working hours reports to support billing and administrative needs
- Travel regularly to construction sites to collect data and complete filing and administrative paperwork
- Provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required to meet operational needs
