Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and company records
  • Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
  • Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and office communication
  • Assist with invoice preparation, filing, and basic accounting support
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office operations
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Support HR and onboarding administrative processes when required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
