Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant (1-Year Contract, Initial 3 Months)
Location: Toa Payoh
Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Mon-Thu), 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Fri)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support across training coordination, office operations, and staff services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to corporate training processes and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Coordination
    Assist in staff training arrangements that do not require access to internal HR systems.
    Register staff for external training courses, prepare documents for purchase orders, and liaise with external training providers.
    Manage staff nominations for relevant training programs.
  2. Access Management
    Administer office card access for staff and visitors.
  3. Staff Claims Administration
    Update and process staff IT and mobile claims.
  4. Vendor Liaison and Office Support
    Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance, including beverage machines and supplies.

Requirements

  • GCE O Levels and above
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
