About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support the daily administrative operations of our Asia-Pacific Sales Centre. This internship provides valuable exposure to office administration and corporate operations in a multinational logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for the daily operation of the office.
- Assist in managing office supplies, pantry items and inventory records.
- Support meeting arrangements, including meeting room bookings and meeting logistics.
- Assist with office facilities coordination, including maintenance requests and liaison with property management and service vendors.
- Support access card administration and general office security records.
- Assist in maintaining company licences, seals and related administrative records.
- Help process administrative documents, invoices and reimbursement claims.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or above. Candidates from Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines are preferred.
- Prior internship or administrative support experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English is required. Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage to facilitate communication with colleagues at the Company's China Headquarters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
