Assist in applying for government schemes and grants where required.
Manage office day to day operations such as renovation or maintenance services, pantry and water supplies, office supplies, employee uniforms and name-card printing and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
Support team members with administrative needs, including assisting in presentations, preparing reports, and handling other ad hoc tasks.
Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, managing emails, and ensuring important information reaches the relevant stakeholders.
Assist in making appointments and bookings where required.
Organise company-wide staff well-being initiatives and events.
Organize and maintain documents, files, and records both in physical and digital formats. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
Keep Admin-related SOPs updated on a periodic basis.
Responds to clients email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner.
