Our Company is looking for enthusiasm individuals to join us. We are dealing with Sales and Purchase of New and Used vehicles. Individuals will focus mainly on the Hire Purchase of vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Hire Purchase Administrative documentations and processing
- Prepare and submit financing documents to financing documents to financial institutions
- Follow up loan approvals and documentation status
- Maintain proper filings and records of hire purchase agreements
- Liaise with customers, sales team, and finance companies
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
- Experience/ Inexperience in Hire Purchase, loan processing or administrative work welcome
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
