We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant (HR Support) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Manage all task related to Corporate Cards and bank statements for monthly expense claims
- Act as the reviewer and manage company expense claims system
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with Office Management Officer to handle requests and queries from other entities
- Create SAP vouchers, submit claims, handle corporate bills and payment processing.
- Person in charge of name card processing of employees, courier pick up arrangements
- Liaise with HR to handle HR related claims & Corporate events
- Act as HR administration back up when HR PIC not around.
- Any Ad Hoc inquiries from management
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in SAP, Concur, MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) preferred
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in HR field is preferred
- Diploma and above in Business Administration & HR are preferred
- Able to start immediately
