Job Description

Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Mon-Fri) / 8.30AM - 12.30PM (Sat)

Working Schedule: 5.5 days / week

Responsibilities:

  • SAP (Operation System) - Generating of sales order, purchase order and delivery order invoice
  • Providing sales administrative support to the sales department
  • Daily Order Entry
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
  • Handling of inbound phone calls and emails from clients
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Company General administration

Requirements:

  • Min G.C.E. N level or NITEC in any discipline
  • Fresh entry candidates welcome to apply (Training provided)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Basic computer Skill
  • Location: 9 Tuas Bay Walk with transport provided at Jurong East pickup point
