WORK HOURS: 9.00AM TO 5.00PM
Handle support day to day Admin matters for Admin HR & Operations Department
Assist in work permit tasks, onboard and leave application
Maintain inventory records for stationery and groceries, arrange repairs on office equipment, handle dispatch documentation
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years experience in Admin
Positive working attitude, people oriented, strong team player, meticulous and pleasant disposition
Attention to details and accuracy, ability to manage multi tasks and prioritize effectively
