. Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and respond to general inquiries.
. Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
. Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and scanning.
. Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
2. Have organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience in an administrative role is a plus but not always required.
