Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the issuance, matching and reconciliation of receipts for agents and brokers including handling refunds and resolving discrepancies.
  • Record transactions accurately in PASIA, SUN and Premium systems, and process claim recovery receipts
  • Reconcile deposit reports with payment records and prepare.
  • Maintain daily banking slips and collection reports.
  • Issue rental-related receipts and payments, and support mailing, billing and general administrative functions.
  • Liaise with agents and agencies regarding fees and collections, take on coverage duties for colleagues during absences.
  • Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required.
  • Performs routine tasks with precision, dependability and discretion.
  • Good interpersonal skill and actively contribute in team discussions.
  • Committed to meeting customer needs and solving problems proactively.
  • Dependable, responsible and goal-oriented.
