- Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
- Arrangement of worker dormitory check in/out matters and lorry parking label
- Arrange for Office Equipment Maintenance
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
- Update employee databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.
