Ensure all court DD shipment documents and financial documents are accurately sorted, filed, and maintained on a daily basis for easy retrieval and compliance.
Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and general email or customer enquiries via Respond.io, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry inventory place orders and track delivery to ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage and maintain office equipment (printers, water dispensers, etc.) to prevent operational disruptions.
Assist in daily order key-in to ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and on time, covering for coordinators when needed.
Support basic logistics scheduling to ensure timely dispatch and delivery during staff absences.
Provide additional support to the operations team as required to ensure continuity of daily operations and business processes.
A. Qualification/ Education Requirements:
A1. O-Level certification for Singaporean applicants.
B. Work Experience Requirements :
B1. Entry-level position no prior work experience required.
B2. Language requirements: Proficient in written and reading English basic verbal communication in English.
C. Compulsory technical Requirements
C1. Basic computer literacy.
C2. Proficiency in typing.
C3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is advantageous.
D. Optional Technical requirements
D1. Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
D2. Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
D3. Experience with email and messaging platforms for professional communication (e.g., Respond.io).
