Job Summary
Support sales operations by maintaining accurate sales order records, processing customer orders in the ERP system, and analyzing sales data using Excel to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and reconcile daily sales order trackers, databases, and logs with accuracy to ensure reliable sales records
- Process and input daily customer orders and related transactions into the company ERP system promptly to support order fulfillment
- Use Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, format, and analyze sales operational data for reporting and decision-making
- Perform other assigned ad hoc duties to support team and operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in administration or sales support to effectively manage sales-related tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to handle data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate within the team
