Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare and issue delivery orders or sales invoices based on customers requests.
. Manage scheduling daily delivery orders with Lalamove and Grab Driver.
. Support day-to-day office operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
. Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.
Job Requirements
. GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
. Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
