Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. No prior experience is required-we are looking for the right candidate with the right attitude. If you are eager to learn the ropes of the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry, this is an excellent opportunity to be mentored by international experts and build a career in corporate secretarial services.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to our Adjusters/Consultants, including typing, amending, and issuing documentation within our operations system.

  • CSP Support: Assist in preparing statutory documents (e.g., Board Resolutions, Annual Returns) and maintaining statutory books in compliance with Singapore regulations.

  • Data Management: Record and update all data and timesheets accurately to ensure claims and client files are up to date throughout their lifecycle.

  • Billing Assistance: Prepare billing invoices for approval and follow up on outstanding fee lists.

  • Client Communication: Assist Adjusters in following up with clients via email or phone calls and handle basic incoming queries.

  • Ad-hoc Duties: Any other related administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements (Who You Are)

  • Attitude is Key: You are conscientious, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to learn. You take pride in being hardworking and adaptable.

  • Attention to Detail: You can interpret and analyze information quickly and accurately.

  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (and Korean is a plus for our client base).

  • Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Education: Minimum GCE N or O level (or equivalent).
